Ralph Dunning

Founded by Ralph Dunning, Foreign Rider Co. manufactures sportswear designed for comfort, daily performance, and simple living.

Ralph’s entrepreneurial career began in 1993 in the specialized fields of cycling, running, and triathlon, where he developed products and brand strategies for some of the world’s biggest brands in those sports.

He brings 30 years of experience in creative, design and manufacturing expertise to FR. Today, the company not only continues to grow its online and retail presence but also significantly expands its team, bringing on board talent that aligns with the company's commitment to innovation, quality, and responsible business practices.

We believe in consolidating our business with a select number of vendors. The outcome is built trust and mutual commitment, as our partners play a crucial role in delivering consistent quality and sustainability.

We prioritize building personal relationships with every factory and mill owner, taking the time to understand and connect with each individual. Together, we share a collective objective: to instill a sense of ownership and care in every worker, treating each FR. product as if it were their own.
