Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. In case you have ordered multiple items that are delivered separately, the period starts from the day you receive the last item. Please note that simply refusing to receive the goods does not qualify as a cancellation.

All items purchased on sale or with the use of a discount code are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange. All Returns are subject to a $10 Restocking Fee.

PROCESS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the value of the item has been diminished due to usage beyond what was necessary to inspect its type and properties, only a partial refund may be provided & is subject to a $10 restocking fee. The refund amount will be based on the saleable value of the item, and in some cases, this may result in only the refund of shipping charges. If the original packaging is missing, it may affect the value of the item.

Once the returned goods have been inspected, a refund (excluding delivery costs & $10 restocking fee) will be issued. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. The refund will be automatically issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

DAMAGES & ISSUES
At Foreign Rider, we take pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and materials used in all our products. In the rare event that a product exhibits a manufacturing or material defect, we can offer to repair or replace the item, at our discretion so please contact us immediately at customerservice@foreignrider.com. It's important to note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over time and use.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted & refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item.
